Did you know that… Your motivation, emotions and actions depend more on what
you believe than on what the reality is. When people believe that they cannot
succeed, they do not even attempt to make the effort. Sustained effort
required for reaching your goal can only be maintained when you feel
confident in your ability to succeed. The main difference between people who are anxious in
social situations (meeting people, dating, public speaking) and those who are
not is in the belief that they cannot control their anxiety rather in any
